Title: How Soon is Normal

Author: Barbie Bohrman

Release Date: Fall 2014/Winter 2015

Publisher: Indie

Synopsis:

The things seventeen-year-old Charlie Harrison wants are simple: to fit in with her peers, find her purpose in life and make a connection with someone.

When her best friend moves away, Charlie struggles with the sudden change in her life and finds solace in music.

The lyrics set against a backdrop of complex chords and arrangements have somehow become everything to her.

They protect her when she’s scared and blanket her at night when she’s alone.

Until music sets her on a path that leads to something else.

It’s then that Charlie’s world flips on its axis, leaving her to wonder if she can hang on and come to grips with her new normal.

Holy cow. Your blog is awesome. I love the simplistic theme and the uber cool fonts. The book sounds… eh, really it sounds like not my kind of thing. But I’m really in the mood for action-y books at the moment, so its probably just a mood thing.

Thanks for sharing and happy reading!
